There are many excellent Yoga for Children programs available. But do you also practice yoga as a parent? I used to find it daunting to even contemplate trying to integrate my own yoga practice with my child (or partner)!
Family Yoga Classes can empower you to practice yoga with a sense of fun and adventure, as a family. I believe in the power of leading by example. How can we expect our children to incorporate the benefits and practices of yoga into their lives if we don’t understand and practise a little yoga ourselves?
Having a family is the beginning of a lifelong commitment and shared experience. Yoga is not simply a form of exercise, it is a way of approaching life. When we begin to share the practice of yoga with our family, we will soon notice its benefits showing up in many aspects of family living - not just physical health.

This program is suitable for children from pre-primary upwards.
Price is for 1 adult 1 child. Another child accompanied by the same adult is welcome at an additional $30. There is a maximum of 2 children per attending adult.
