After having my second son, I was looking to get back into yoga for the mental and health benefits. Claire was amazing with the postnatal journey, from being flexible when babies were not cooperating, to working around sickness and setting up a video call to allow me to still participate.

She is a great teacher and I felt the course to be hugely beneficial as it felt very personalised. After 8 weeks, I feel like I would be able to participate in a normal yoga class again.

I have just finished a term of the Prenatal Yoga Program with Claire and I cannot recommend this highly enough to anyone that is pregnant and looking for something to help prepare their mind, body and soul for the journey ahead.

Sessions with Claire exceeded my expectations and have really helped me understand my body in relation to pregnancy and preparation for birth and most importantly to me, it has been a welcome time of reflection, mental preparation and learning in amongst the chaos that is navigating a first pregnancy.

Claire has created a welcoming and safe environment, free of judgement or pressure and she truly knows how to best support the people she is working with. It is evident that she has a wealth of knowledge, a very open and generous spirit and fantastic experience that has brought her to where she is now.

I have recently given birth after completing online prenatal yoga classes with Claire. I had received my first round of classes from a fellow pregnant friend but once these were completed I decided to continue on as I found the classes to be the most beneficial resource as a first time Mum especially when hospital antenatal classes were no longer being offered during COVID.

Claire’s deep understanding and knowledge of Yoga along with her care, flexibility and intuition made every class incredibly valuable. I always took something away to use to help cope with the changes during pregnancy and to use later during the birthing process.

Because I had an extensive tool belt of positions, breathing techniques and knowledge gained in Claire’s classes I was able to enter my first birth experience with calmness, confidence and positivity. These skills proved to be priceless throughout the birth! I can’t thank you enough Claire!

I’ve just completed my second, back-to-back series of prenatal yoga classes with Claire. My goals heading into these classes were to connect more with my own body and with my baby as well as to relax and keep active as my pregnancy progressed. The classes have ticked all those boxes as well as providing a welcome opportunity to share and laugh with other mums-to-be.

Claire was so understanding and accommodating of our growing bodies and changing abilities, sharing many techniques that have helped me throughout pregnancy (and that will hopefully assist in birth too!).

I particularly enjoyed the private setting, small class size and Claire’s gentle and adaptive approach to teaching. Whatever your skill level (even if you’re a complete beginner) I highly recommend these classes.
