Please take the time to read these Terms and Conditions, which are established in order to ensure we can best serve everyone. By using Our Website and the Services and information offered on Our Website, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

If you purchase products through Our Website, there will be additional Terms and Conditions relating to the purchase. Please make sure you agree with these terms and conditions, which you will be directed to read prior to making your purchase.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Services means any offering from The Centre of Bright Beginnings. This includes, but is not limited to, all classes, workshops, events, tutorials, videos and written material provided by The Centre of Bright Beginnings.

  • We / Us etc means The Centre of Bright Beginnings and any subsidiaries, affiliates, staff, officers, agents or assigns.


RESERVATION POLICY:

Bookings can be requested by contacting the studio directly or through the Book tab, where you can access booking forms and the payment platform for all our services.

Services will not be delivered to students who have not made payment and completed the required documentation prior to the commencement time of their booking.

Services will only proceed if the minimum number of participants is met. In the case of a class not going ahead due to numbers, you will be contacted and a refund or rescheduled time arranged.

We endeavour to deliver all our Services on time and as scheduled, however, the class schedule is subject to change at any time. Current students will be provided with as much notice as possible whenever the schedule is updated. The Centre of Bright Beginnings is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for Services that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason other than minimum numbers not being met.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars. All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.

Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your well-being is very important to Us. We understand that sometimes unexpected events can occur in your life, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Class cancellations can be made by phoning or emailing the centre directly. Cancellations will not be accepted via social media.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior to the start of your Service will not be refunded, unless you are replaced by another student. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your Service, we may not be able to accommodate you and, in this case, the same non-refundable policy will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your Service for another time that is mutually convenient.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your booking payment may be credited to future Services at Our discretion.

CHECK-IN:

For Services held at The Centre of Bright Beginnings at 60 Brighton Rd, Scarborough, Western Australia:

  • The studio will be open for 15 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure plenty of time to welcome students and discuss any special considerations or requirements.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of your class to allow yourself time to settle into the space and out of respect for the other participants. Late arrivals will not be guaranteed entry and class fees will not be refunded.

  • The front door of the studio will be closed during class for security purposes, however The Centre of Bright Beginnings is not responsible for the security or integrity of your belongings.

  • Leaving prior to the end of class, except for a medical reason, is strongly discouraged to ensure the greatest benefit is obtained from your Service, as well as out of respect for fellow participants.

  • All equipment you may require is provided and is cleaned and sanitised according to a regular schedule. For information, please request a copy of our Hygiene Policy.

  • The Centre of Bright Beginnings reserves the right to refuse entry to the studio for any person at any time.

  • You enter and undertake Services at The Centre of Bright Beginnings at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages whatsoever incurred as a result of or relating to your attendance at the centre.

For Services held at a location nominated by the recipient or another third party:

  • It is you or the third party’s responsibility to ensure the location of the Service is in a clean and safe state prior to the arrival of the The Centre of Bright Beginnings Service provider. Any time delay caused by an unclean or unsafe state of the facility will be deducted from the total time over which the Service is provided.

  • A Centre of Bright Beginnings staff member will be in attendance at least 5 minutes before the start of the Service to meet the location host and set up any required equipment.

  • The Centre of Bright Beginnings are not liable for any damages whatsoever incurred as a result of or relating to our attendance at the recipient or third party’s nominated location.

PROGRAMS & GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Programs and Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers exclude attendance at workshops and events, unless under special circumstances that have been discussed with and approved by The Centre of Bright Beginnings.

The Centre of Bright Beginnings does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.

Holding a program pass or gift voucher does not guarantee you entry to any class on the schedule - you must still book in for your classes prior to attending. Any non-cancellations, no shows, or absences, will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 24 hours of class start time, the value will still be deducted from the total remaining on your gift voucher.

Programs and gift vouchers cannot be shared. If this is found to occur, entry will be denied and the program or voucher will be cancelled.
